Almetals Company offered a more advanced product than the competition and offered superior customer service - their website just didn’t reflect these virtues. The site did offer a wealth of information, which distinguished Almetals from their competitors; however, it was poorly organized.
Solution
We gave Almetals a more updated look inspired by the metal they manufacture. We increased their customer service capacity by installing several tools to help customers reach Almetals and receive a prompt, customized response. We also integrated e-business tools to automate the ordering process. |
